We build custom aftermarket motorcycle seats for every KTM model, including those listed above. The majority of KTM seats are OEM manufactured with a shallow foam depth. So a firm foam density is needed to keep riders from riding on the plastic seat base below. If you want more comfort from your stock seat, then the key is added width which provides more support for a better foam density. KTM seats with a shallow OEM foam depth limit how low the seat can be made. Riders who sit forward over the pegs or against the gas tank may prefer the width up further, up to 6" wide over the pegs. This will make the seat feel taller and more difficult to straddle. We only do this if asked, but is a common build for supermoto bikes and snowbikes. For snowbikes, we have snow specific vinyls available, ask.

The 2011-2016 seat (77207040000 & 77207040200) has a narrow seat cover width which only allows a 9 1/2" wide seat if wanting to use your stock cover. We recommend more width for riders who sit down the majority of the time, which will require a new cover of your choice ($59.99).
